Q1 Labs is a network security management company and its flagship product,
QRadar, not only detects security issues but also prevents them. QRadar
watches network traffic flows to establish a baseline of normal network
behavior. QRadar network security management provides an integrated network security framework that converges typically silo'd network and security information in a single solution. QRadar's unique approach enables enterprise organizations to deliver an unparalleled set of network security management services including: log management, threat management and compliance management.
The classification engine compares the data with modeled behavior and identifies it as a possible internal
threat, policy violation or external breach. Alerts are sent to the management
console, from which network managers can take action. Whitepapers comparing
QRadar and Cisco's MARS product have QRadar outperforming MARS in all
aspects of testing. ISOCORP's certified engineers are implementing QRadar
internationally with tremendous success.

Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU's) IT Departments
are typically short-staffed, underfunded or the personnel does not have
the skillset/training to deal with today's dynamic technology environment
but ISOCORP is helping. By providing network analysis, tuning and optimization,
wireless solutions and a host of other engineering services schools such
as Texas College, Langston University in Oklahoma and Albany State in
Georgia have benefitted tremendously. A key to the success has been the
knowledge transfer to school personnel prior to project completion which
enables the IT staff to work independently of constant consultant support.
We always there if they need us but having them stand independently is
the goal.

Enterasys and ISOCORP recently strengthen their partnership relationship
by having ISOCORP become one of only a few hand selected firms to provide
professional services nationwide. Under new leadership Enterasys has experienced
tremendous growth and success by posting nine consecutive quarters of
pro-forma operating profitability. These results do not reflect any purchase
accounting adjustments that may be applied related to the Company’s
acquisition in March 2006 by a group of private investors led by The Gores
Group, LLC, and Tennenbaum Capital Partners, LLC. Enterasys attributes
its positive momentum as customers, partners and prospects invested in
Secure Networks hardware, software and services to protect the confidentiality,
integrity, availability and performance of IT services and the business
users that rely on them. 2007 third quarter revenue increased nearly 17%
sequentially and more than 10% over the same period in 2006, while gross
margins remained strong at greater than 50%. This growth has led to the
need for additional subcontractor services from valued, long-standing
partners such as ISOCORP. ISOCORP is hopeful that this new relationship
extends globally in the near future.

DBPR is responsible for ensuring nearly one million businesses and professionals
provide safe, quality services to Florida’s millions of citizens
and visitors. As part of this responsibility, the Department regulates
approximately 200 different professions and businesses to protect the
health and safety of the public. A document management system will support
the Department in carrying out these responsibilities.
This department-wide document management system will improve overall
customer service; increase employee efficiency enabling staff to spend
more time on business process oriented tasks rather than administrative
tasks; provide a central repository for all documentation, thereby allowing
for faster access to documents on demand which will allow customers to
have quicker responses to their inquiries on license holders/businesses;
eliminate duplicative documentation and storage; provide tools to analyze,
identify and deploy business process improvements; and prevent loss of
information/documentation by providing off-site backup and recovery services
which are requirements for COOP and disaster recovery. Additionally, a
department-wide document management system will provide the Department
with the ability to capture information electronically early in the licensing
process and make information/documentation readily available to all stakeholders;
will help ensure compliance with records retention schedules and public
records laws; the physical location of records will no longer be significant;
in a disaster the department will have access to documents; and information/documentation
will be readily available and retrievable in response to audit requests.
The scope of the work associated with this project is to implement OnBase,
the software product that has been selected by the Department to develop
a department-wide document management system. This is a multi-year phased
project contingent upon continued funding by the Florida Legislature.
Tasks associated with this project will include, but are not limited to,
validating the hardware and software recommended by Hyland Software, Inc.,
to implement the system; validating existing and proposed DBPR functional
design documents and process workflows; designing, building and implementing
the document management system for the department over three phases.
